I have the same problem. I'm using outlook 2007 and it does not allow
you to print page ranges or specific a page. Any help will be
appreciated.

I've the same problem to Shelton, too.

Thanks for Brian, however, when I use your advice - " Open the message and
click Actions>Open Message in Brower" it only print out the message, but, the
sender, receiver, subject and date of deliver couldn't be shown on the page.
Kindly advise again. is it the defect in outlook 2007?

Well, I'm not sure I'd classify it as a "defect" because it's intended
behavior.

There have been messages posted recently in these Outlook newsgroups that
describe applications for enhancing the print capability of Outlook. Google
Groups should help you find them.

anyone know why i might not be able to see the "Open in Browser" option in the "Other Actions" pull-down menu?

i use mozilla firefox 2.0.0.16 as default browser. could that be the reason?

thanks in advance for any help given.

One of way in this situation, this is-viewer outlook,to my mind this way is good, because tool helped me and some my friends too,it is free as far as I remember, moreover program can help, when your mailbox is not accessible, it can happen, when something is wrong with your corporate mail server,is able ensure full compatibility with this platform, it represents one of the most popular programs for mail processing, restore all messages, contacts, tasks and calendars cannot be stored on client PC due to security reasons, pst viewer Microsoft and Outlook email viewer features a powerful algorithm, that decrypts *.ost format and extracts your data as a set of files in *.eml, *.txt and *.vcf formats, also convert your data to a *.pst file, that can be easily opened by any email client, you can even forward this file, recovered with Microsoft Outlook .pst viewer to any other PC within your local network.
