Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>bcm (more info?)

I have a need to create a large number of appointments with business contacts
using BCM and Office 2007

I right-click on my contact, and select Create > Create Appointment... and
enter in a subject, like "tax meeting"

I know this will link the appointment with that contact in BCM, which is
great, but when I look at my calender, it only shows the subject, not WHO the
appointment is with. Is there a way to autopopulate the appointment subject
with the contact's name or do I have to do it manually for every appointment
I create?

The point being to be able to quickly see who you are meeting with during
the course of a day or week when you view your Outlook calender.

Thanks,

Allan
