e-mail copies

Is it possible to have software that will send a copy of every e-mail sent
out of a computer to another address so it can be monitored?

Outlook will do that with a rule, but of course someone could turn off that
rule.

How do I locate this I have looked and can't seem to find what you are
refering too.

Tools>Rules and Alerts if you're using Outlook 2003.

You can use Silent Mail for Outlook, it does exactly what you are looking
