Where are internet headers in outlook 2010

In Outlook 2010 where did the Internet Header go? Message Options?

In 2007 you could right click on any message in your inbox and see the
Internet headers. IP address message info ect....

Nevermind. I found it. You have to actually open up the email, then go to
"View" then Message options. It is only a menu item now.

You can add the message options command to the QAT. Find "Message options"
command under commands not in the ribbon and add it to the QAT - you can add
it to the main window's qat so you don't need to open the message.

On my Office 2010 Pro Plus 32 bit system:
Open the eMail
Click on [File]
Click on [Info]
Click on [Properties]

I thought this was to many clicks so I added a Properties button to the ribbon. You still have to open the message first but in a month or 2 or 6 when I have forgotten the above clicks the ribbon button will still be there.

Here is a question for the group:
I would like to programmatically capture the Internet Headers of an eMail then forward said eMail with Headers to a specific address and then delete the eMail.
Any ideas?
