Need a formula to Alphabatize (can not use sort)

Hi,

I am attempting to create a spreadsheet that allows other people to change the order of a list of data using Option Buttons. There are five columns, 4 out of the 5 I was able to use the index, match,& large functions in oder to pull up the largest numeric fields. However, one of the columns is not numeric, and the large function is not working.

I would like to have a formula that will allow me to extract the first five values in alphabetical order.
