Need to find something to convert ost file to pst in OL2003

Have orphaned OST file I need to convert to a PST file. The thing is this is
from OL2003 and all the programs that I've found so far can't do it with the
new file format in OL2003 for the OST file. Does anybody know of a program or
any other way to do this?

When you recreate the user profile of mailbox in MS Exchange Server, you have to convert the OST file of your client system into PST file; otherwise the file can not be used. Such OST files are known as orphaned OST files. But in case your Exchange Server and Microsoft Outlook are not functioning properly due to user profile and Exchange Server mailbox deletion, the OST file does not get converted to PST and remains unusable.
