eyeCall error; the add-in has fired an exception OLE Error..

Hi
since installing Business Contact manager I get this eror whenever I close
Outlookm if I have opened any contact r Business contact.

I have to click the erro about 10 times before it goes awa.
Any ideas anyone?
Searching MS office KB for the error code hasn't provided anything elevant

I'm pretty sure that eyeCall is from eyeBeam or Xten -- are you using a VoIP
softphone?

You might check their website for an upgrade... www.counterpath.com

Thanks Lon,
It was inded VOIP sotware causing the problem. BT (British telecom)
SoftPhone which I installed about the ame time as I recall.

Thank you for that. I had the same issue on my Dell Studio 17. I uninstalled
BT Softphone and the problem went with it!
