Archived from groups: microsoft>public>excel>printing (more info?)

I am trying to help out a coworker that is having a printing issue
with excel 2007. The file they are attempting to print from is a
large, state formulated, financial report. The problem is when we look
at a print preview and when we actually print there are a couple of
gray shaded boxes that appear on the report covering some information.
At first I thought that they were maybe comments that were
unitentionally set to be displayed when printing. However, from what I
can see, they are not comments. Does anyone have any idea what is
causing these boxes to show up? Also, it may help to know that when
using print preview and actually printing the file from excel 2003
these boxes are not shown. Any help would be appreciated.
