When I move a block of text or numbers I get the error message "Cannot empty
the Clipboard". How do I stop this from occuring? Nothing is in the
clipboard and I don't have any macros assigned to the workbook so it should
not be appearing in new items.

I'm using Excel 2003 with XP. The article states to wait for the next
service pack and doesn't exactly describe my issue. When I move a block is
when I see the problem and not just import as the article refers to. I'm at
work and due to IT restrictions am limited with what I can try and resolve.
Thanks for the feedback.
