Hard to know where to start with so little information. Where are you having
difficulty? What directions are you following?
This is not a complicated or difficult process. To create a PST file:
File > New > Outlook Data File...
To send it, attach it to an email and make sure you've set security
restrictions accordingly so the recipient can access it:
