downloaded form & viewing/printing issue

I have one pc out of several that will download a form which is saved in
97-2003 format from "dor.wa.gov" website and when that form is opened in
Word2k7 it is missing a portion of the sentences as well as when it is
printed the text is still missing. I have tried the following;

Doesn't matter who is logged on.
This happens even if it is saved to the hard drive.
I can email the form to a different user they can open and print it and it
looks perfect.
I can manually unlock the form and adjusting it to see all the text that is
missing

All pc's are the same brand, model,default to the same printer & are the
same software versions. Any ideas on how to fix it with out?

It suggests the most likely problem is the printer driver. Word must see a
locally installed, compatible printer driver. Either the printer driver is
partially corrupt or Word isn't seeing it properly. Try reinstalling the
printer driver again, making sure it is the latest driver available for your
OS.
