Hello all.
i have a small problem with VBA in outlook.
I am using excel to send a ticket to HPSD. HPSD automatically respond to my outlook inbox that a new ticket has been created. Now comes to the point.
I want outlook to deside on body text if the email should be forwarded or not. I know it can be done by a rule anyway i also want to change the subject that is set on the text in body. Exactly a piece of body should be taken as subject. Anyway there are some texts that will stays in the subject from original email.
The body has still the same formating.
Please let me know if such a VisuBisu is possible.
