How to get cd audio tracks to embed on powerpoint so I can..

I am making a powerpoint for my gradnfathers memorial service but they need
the powerpoint on a dvd to work on the projection screen. I bought the songs
online and burned them onto a cd to add to my laptop but i dont know how to
get the songs embedded onto the powerpont so i can remove music cd to put in
dvd to burn to.

well i think they got tranfered to a mps i downloaded from i tunes and then
burned onto cd so i think they are mp3 now

iTunes songs (usually) have DRM protection you may have problems using them
in PowerPoint.

ok well what if i get the mp3's off amazon or walmart or something how do i
get the songs embedded onto the powerpont so I can burn the whole things onto
a dvd and not need the music cd

First of all, you should make sure that the music file is in WAV
format (MP3 file can only be linked, not embedded). By default, the
file which is smaller than 100 KB in size would be embedded. If you
WAV file is larger than 100KB, you need to change the file size
limitation first. It can be changed in the Sound Options group on the
contextual menu when you double click the speaker icon on the slide.

Burn your powerpoint presentation to DVD,you need a third-party tool
to burrn your presentation to DVD directly.
Just find it from "Google",and the converter tool named PPT2DVD /PPT
TO VIDEO CONVERTER.

Hi

As you want to play this on a DVD player, you may want to look at something
like PhotoStory 3 (free MS download) rather than PowerPoint. Otherwise once
you have want you want in PowerPoint you will then have to convert it to a
DVD format which can be frustrating, and hard to get exactly what you want.
