The problem I am having is that if I get text emails in, outlook 2003 will only allow me to print the whole email instead of just printing the a single page if I wish. It comes up with memo style as my only option. If the message is in HTML format I can print which ever page I like from the message and I get the standard print window. Why is this doing this and how can I either disable it or is there a work around for it?

Set Word as your email reader for rich text emails:

Tools > Options > Mail Format > Second check box

This will allow you to open a rich text email and print specific pages without changing the way that you compose new emails. I must stress that you have to open the email, not just print from the reading pane.

PS. Microsoft, please fix Outlook!
