[FAX:nnnnnnn], where the n's refer to the numbers you want dialed in their
precise order.

when i type [fax:0123456798] and sent the fax i got an delivery error report

Send the Fax to Fax@nnnnnn or as outlook 2003 does, christian name@nnnnnnnn that should work for you
