AFAIK, they are just a view of your default contacts folder. Any editing would probably need to be done in your OUtlook contacts folder, but I don't use that gadget on the one machine that has VIsta on it.

After furious head scratching, debs asked:
| I want to add the gadget to my Windows Vista Home Basic Taskbar that
| is labeled "Contacts", but cannot figure out how to add and or edit
| the contacts to it.
| Are the contacts taken automatically from my Outlook contact listing,
| or do I have
| to manually add them to the gadget? Just want to find phone #s, email
| addresses, etc. easily from the Taskbar, if possible.
