Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>bcm (more info?)

Help! I keep getting an error message: "essaging interface has returned an
unknown error. If problem persists restart Outlook...." when I try to add a
new account. I can add a contact but not an account. Please rush your
solution to me. Thanks
