You might do better asking your Word Perfect questions in a Word Perfect
forum. This one is for Word!

Try

http://www.wpuniverse.com/vb/index.php?s=bb2250be04c9273e95d7919f0c4a7f67

You'll need to register in order to post. Are you having trouble only with
WordPerfect files? In other words, are all your other files showing up with
extensions? If no files are showing extensions, that could be a Windows
setting.

Jo-Anne -

The situation is no extensions are showing up in the lists, and I want
them to be shown. I was thinking this maybe a Windows setting, but I
forget where to look! Thanks for your reply.

This might work: Open Windows Explorer. Click on Tools | Folder Options |
View. Under Advanced Settings, uncheck the box for "Hide extensions for
known file types."

I hope that turns out to be it.
