Post subject: WordArt problem
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>word>drawing>graphics (more info?)

I am creating a brochure with SEVERAL WordArt objects in the document. None
of them overlap or anything screwy like that. One of the WordArt objects is
a telephone number (12 characters). There are 3 instances of this
particular object in the doc - I just created one and then copied and pasted
the other 2.

The FIRST number in one of the objects prints out as a black box. The other
2 phone number WordArt objects are fine. Everything looks fine on the
screen.

Anyone have an idea why the first character would print out as a black box?

TIA

Chuck
