Office 2003 Patched to date.
Terminal Server 2000/SP2
Mulitple users are experiencing a strange issue when attaching a document
within Word using the "Send To" as attachment function. This does not happen
everytime and is in fact sporadic and hard to reproduce but the IT manager
for the company is receiving enough feedback regarding this that it needs to
be resolved.
When the new mail box comes up, the users hit send and the send button grays
out and remains. After checking with the recipient, the mail has been
received yet the box stays and all selections on the box are inaccessable.
The user is then able to close out of the email using the x.
