Outlook 2003 sp3

In Outlook 2003, when I receive an email with an attachement (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) I can open the document by clicking on the file name Outlook's Attachments: field. (So, that works correctly.)
When the attachment is a Word .doc document (and ONLY when it's a Word document), I get the following message:
Error: image could not be loaded. Image is not available from server
Image URL: http://i126.photobucket.com/albums/p104/x-15a2/word_warning.jpg
So, what's the magic setting to make this go away?[/img]
