In Word 2007, can you set a Custom depth for 3-d objects?

In Word 2003, the Depth button for 3-d objects gives you a drop-down to
select "standard" depths (thickness of object), along with an entry field
where you could specify your own value. In Word 2007, the entry field isn't
there: is there any way to specify your own depth value some other way?
