Word 2007 - locked form fields print wrong font

Using Word 2007 - We have several forms that are printing the Cambria Math
font in locked form fields. We have the field set for Arial, but it prints
it in Cambria Math. What's going on here? It seems to completely disregard
the Arial font setttings. It only happens when the form field is locked.
Thanks for your expert help because we don't know how to fix it.
