Word 2007

My operating system is XP-Professional. I have office 2007. There is a
problem with Word mail command. When I try sending a Word file by using send
command, it says that there is MAPI error. I use Outlook 2007 for mailing
and there is no problem sending Word files as attachments. I would like to
mail files directly from Word 2007. How can I fix this error?

I am having the same problem and cannot find a resolution on the Microsoft
site anywhere. XP-Pro and Office 2007.
