When I set Outlook to use Word to do the spelling/grammar check, the banner which I have to have on my emails moves to the bottom of the email. does anybody know why that might have occurred? Does any body know how to fix this problem? When I take the option to use Word to do the checks off, the banner goes back up to the top of the email where it is meant to be.
Basically it should look like:
Banner
Body of the email
Signature
Instead I get:
Body of the email
Signature
Banner
Any help would be appreciated
