I'm assuming you're using Word 2003 or Excel 2003 standalones or
the Word and Excel 2003 from MS Office Professional 2003
as those have additional capabilities over those
apps in MS Office 2003's Basic, Standard/Student-Teachers
or Small Business Editions.

I've download the Office 2003 XML schema's from Microsoft. If I open the
wordnet.xsd or the excel2003xml.xsd, or any document that references
office.xsd (all I guess).
XMLSPY won't validate the loaded schema, it says the the namespaceuri is
duplicated. It is, but one is qualified and one is not, which maybe valid?
I'm not asking for help on XMLSPY, but I just want to know if anybody else
has had issues with the schema.
