Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>bcm (more info?)

Would like to perform a periodic update (probably daily) of certain
user-defined fields for Accounts in Business Contact Manager 2007 with data
that's held in a CSV file. This csv data is obtained from another system.

I know I can import data into user-defined fields, but this creates a whole
new record or doesn't work if I don't allow duplicates. The key thing is I
want to update specific user-defined fields only.

There are about 300 accounts I want to update and each one has about 10
user-defined fields to be updated.

I'm using Business Contact Manager 2007 running on Vista Home Premium with SP2
