Unable to access GAL in Word

Hello.
I am running Office XP SP3. When in Word and going to File>Send To>Mail
Recipient As Attachment I click the To button and I can only see my Contacts
from my mailbox. When in Outlook, I click To and I can see the GAL (Global
Address List). Can anyone help me?
