Turn SpellCheck off for a Specific Document

Hello, I'm having a brain freeze.

I want to turn off Spell Checking and hide the red/green wavy lines in a
document I'm working on, but I don't want to turn it off for all documents
(i.e., disable it through Tools>Options>Spelling). Isn't there a way to do
this?

I believe the options to turn off the wavy lines are document-specific (hide
in this document). But the best way to turn off spell check entirely would be
to format the text as "Do not check spelling or grammar" in Tools/Language/Set
langauge.
