Hi,
I am having trouble with a printout with Powerpoint 2003. When I view the
boxes I have around text and images are fine. But when I print out the boxes
are all slightly off. The powerpoint is fine on a black and white printer,
but on a color printer, the boxes are off. Any suggestions?

Off in what way/direction and by how much?

What happens if you print to a black and white printer but choose Color in the
print dialog box, Color/Grayscale option?

I should probably explain more... we have two printers where I work, one for
b&w, the other for color copies. I need to use the color printer, and can't
get a color copy from our b&w printer.

Would there be something off with my master slide? I'm am far from a
powerpoint expert, and really just know the basics. What's frustrating is
when I view the powerpoint on my computer all the boxes look fine.

I realize that. But there's a reason I asked. Give it a try, report back.

Since we can't see what you're seeing, it's hard to tell. That's why we have to
ask questions. We rely on you to answer them as best you can.

So again: Off in what way/direction and by how much?
