You didn't identify your word version.
I don't print very many labels, but on my computer the avery labels
apparently were pre-installed.
- Select Tools menu, letters and mailings, envelopes and labels.
- On the envelopes and labels dialag box, select the labels tab, and then
select the options button.
- on the label options dialog box,
select your printer type,
select avery standard lables,
Under the product number section use the scroll control to find and
select the 5366 file folder label.

If you don't have Avery labels installed, visit the avery website to obtain
a free software download of avery label templates. They have Word 2007
templates too.

You should find it under Avery US Letter in the Label>Options dialog.
