I purchased my "liscense" for Office XP Professional in the U.S. but live in
Thailand w/my Thai wife. When my wife tries to run Spell Checker, she
receives an error message saying that mssp232.dll for Thai is missing. I
tried going to Microsoft Tech support for help, but at even escalated levels,
they can't seem to understand that I purchased my software in the U.S. & thus
they keep referring me to Microsoft Thailand because of "programming
differences." Since I bought the boxed version in California, I'm assuming
that the version I have is quite different from the "programmed
w/differences" version Microsoft Thailand would be able to help me with. So,
QUESTION for anyone in the know: Where can I obtain mssp232.dll for Thai?

You will need to purchase the Proofing Tools CD for Office XP,
and install the Thai proofing tools from the CD. See
http://www.microsoft.com/office/previous/xp/multilingual/prooftools.asp
for more information. I'm not sure whether Microsoft still sells
this item directly, because the current version is for Office
2003. Unfortunately, Proofing Tools are specific to each Office
version, so if you have Office XP, you have to get the Proofing
Tools for Office XP.
