Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>bcm (more info?)

I have attempted to install BCM, however each time I attempt the install I
receive the following error message - "Setup failed to install Business
Contact Manager for Outlook 2007". Looking at the bottom of the MBSetup logs
I am seeing error status 1603.

MSSQL 2005 and the Interop Assemblies both appear to have been installed
successfully.

Any suggestions as to how to resolve this problem?

We are also receiving a "Setup failed to install Business Contact Manager for
Outlook 2007" error code. The MBSsetup log shows the following error:

MainEngineThread is returning 1620

Help!!!
