How do I set up the default font in Outlook 2007 messages?

Tools->options->mail format tab->Editor settings.

But how do you get a larger font inside an email that I am reading ? there is no way to change the fonts there! Pain in the neck with high res 24 inch monitor the letter look like 4 point font
