Rich Text tabbing vs Text Box

We are developing a template using content controls. We want the user to be
able to put hyperlinks within the field when filling out the form, so
apparently we need to use the Rich Text control instead of the Text box
control to add hyperlinks.
However, we also want the user to be able to tab between the controls when
filling out the form.
How do you tab between Rich Text controls? Or, how can you have hyperlinks
in a Text box control?

So it's not possible to tab between Rich Text controls then?
