Greetings,
Frequently, I am responsible for formatting Word documents. In some instances, the spacing is controlled by pressing the Enter key, thereby inserting the paragraph maker.
I prefer to control my spacing with styles and page breaks. Is there an automated way to delete unwanted paragraph markers, as opposed to deleting the markers individually?
Please note I am aware of Show/Hide button in Word, I do not want to show/hide the markers, I would like to delete the extraneous ones.
