Reinstalled outlook 2003, contacts not recognized

To make a long story short i reinstalled outlook in my computer after a
reformat. When importing my pst file back into outlook, email came back while
contacts did not.
I had an extra backup of my contact list in my iphone and it syncronized but
outlook does not recognize the list as a real contact list nor will sync my
calendars.
Please advise!

What's in the folder named Contacts right now?
