PNG: PC vs Mac Quality

Hello!

So I created some images in Illustrator and saved them as .png files. I
inserted them into my PPT and the clarity is perfect when the presentation is
viewed on a PC, but really pixelated and rough when viewed on the Mac...

Same PPT, same .png....

So what's the problem? Even better, what's the solution...

I'd look first at the video setup on the two computers. Verify that the video
resolution and color depth (ie, 24-bit color, 32-bit color etc) is the same on
both.

What happens if you open the pngs in a bitmap basher (photoshop et al) and
just re-save them under a new name.

Try it with as many pixels bashers packages as you have.
