Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>teamfolders (more info?)

I created a Contacts folder in Public Folders. When
trying to setup the Activities groups it will only let me
point to a single users calander. I tried to make
multible folder groups each pointing to a different
calander. This makes it so that you have to open each
individual activity folder to search that activity. This
won't work. I need to find a way to make a global
Activity group.

We are using team folders & I need to find a way that
when the contact is schedualed in someones calander it is
tracked in the contacts activity that all can see.

Archived from groups: per prev. post (more info?)

There is no way to do this short of copying all the individual users' data into one public folder.

I thought Exchange/Outlook was designed to be
colaborative?!
I need a solution for a global contacts folder where all
clients can access, schedual apointments for everyone and
all activities tracked for the contact that all users can
see. Example I shedual an appointment for a contact that
is residing in the global cantacts list for another
person residing in the team calander. Now anyone in the
team calander can look at this contact and see this
apointment in the activity's of that contact.

Do you know of one?

Most if not all the CRM programs integrated tightly with Exchange claim that as a feature -- see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/contact_management.htm
