(cross-posted for Microsoft.Public.Infopath: no response there)
I have an InfoPath (2003) form library in SharePoint Portal 2003 which each
employee fills out each week as a weekly status. Unfortunatly, the managers
don't want to have to go to the library to see the statuses, so they have the
employees use the Send to Email Recipiant feature of InfoPath to email the
form to the manager. InfoPath imbeds an HTML formatted version of the form in
the email and attaches an XML version.
One manager recently noticed that when he prints the email (with the
HTML-formatted form) he sometimes gets one or more page breaks in the middle
of the form which do not show up in the Outlook (2003) client. The status
from one recipiant always has three page breaks while the status from another
has none. All are creating their statuses from the same Form Library. If the
manager opens the XML attachment (invoking the InfoPath client) it will print
fine.
