Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>printing (more info?)

Hi there

I've encountered a problem with microsoft outlook express.
Previously, when i printed out the email. What i get is a printout with only
the body Text.

The header which usually include the "To ; from; subject; sent at when and
what time, is missing.

I have check the print setup pertaining to the paper use and it is confirm
using the singapore standard = A4. hence i doubt it is the paper setting that
is cutting the header out.

I have look thru the help section and have attempted to meddle and play with
the setting but none can help.

Could u kindly assist?

here's a link on wat i mean. The Box up area is missing on the physical
printout

Many thanks

Serene
