We installed a new Xerox printer. model 4150, onto our print server and it works fine. The problem we're experiencing is when you, for example, see a document in a folder. Instead of opening it first in Word and then printing it you right click on the document and choose print. The doc opens and then closes like it should behave, but the print out is continuous sheets of garbage. It acts like a driver problem, but if open the document in Word then print it everything prints out fine.
Any help would be appreciated.
