Outlook 2003 Task List
Would like to print Tasks with full details in the document. I have looked
in Newgroups under Outlook and Printing with no luck. Even checked out
Slipstick for some guidance or tips. Is this possible?
For example,
Print Tasks,(not with calendar, separate sheet, just Tasks) task details,
print task due date, end date, completion % on 8.5 x 11 paper portrait. Or is
there a way to export the tasks to an excel file and print from there?
Standard HP network printer.
Thanks in advance. |

Judy,
I have a question about your answer (below). I try to print my Tasks (like
you suggested below) but can only get the first line of my notes to print. I
tried changing the number of characters but it only lets you set it to 1024
characters. Is there a way to get it to print a long set of notes in a Task
without printing each individual task in Memo Style?

I too have a priinting issue with Tasks; however, I get the first 3 lines of
my Notes field. Is there a way to get all the lines under the Note field?
Thanks,

This is exactly my problem! Have you found any solutions in Outlook or any
other programs that are Outlook compatible?

Jan, I just noticed that a MVP had already answered the original question we
had posted replies to (see the checkmark). Since I am not sure they look at
the posting if they had already answered, I posted the problem you & I are
having today.
You might want to look at it & check the 'Notify me of replies'.
