The form I have developed consists of 2 separate sections. The first section
I want on page one and the second on page 2. I want to enter 'job details' on
page one without the words going onto page 2 (that is the tab markers
automatically pushing onto page 2). We want the job details section to be
concise and not too wordy (there is at least half page now to type info).
Is there a way of stopping data moving onto page 2. A page break will do
some of this, but the problem is that 3 pages will print instead of 2 (double
sided print is preferred) if the overrun goes onto a new page.
Thanks in advance.

Put the form field in a borderless table cell of fixed height and width and
when the cell is filled with text if the user continues to type the extra
text will simply 'disappear' from view.

Thanks for that and got it working. I h ave the cell height at 13.5cm width
17.5cm. Can you clarify if it is possible to stop the cursor at the end of
the cell. With the fixed settings the type still continues on (as you
suggest). It would be useful to have a 'ding' sound when the end of the type
area in the cell is reached.
