I have Excel 2003 on XPSP2. When I choose File | Page Setup, the Paper Size
drop-down is grayed out, completely unavailable. Everything else is working
fine but I cannot change the paper size of any Excel documents. This occurs
on any document I open in Excel, including new blank workbooks. I have a
screenshot if you'd like to see what I'm talking about.

Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Thanks,
Jennifer

I understand that the page setup features are tied to the printer that you
have. Go into Control Panel and select the printer and right click on it and
go to properties and check whether the printer can handle paper size. (ie.
Can you change the paper size there or not.) If not, and you think that you
should be able to then it might need the driver reinstalled.
