A user has a template that looks fine, but when she prints, it overlaps the
charactors on one line and does so to all of the lines.
EX. ABCDEFG wouldn't be readable as it would look like a black smudge.

She said it only seems to happen with Time New Roman. It not only overlaps
the text in the printout, but it also overlaps text on the screen. If you
close without saving and reopen the template is fine.

This has happened on her old HP 1100 and her new HP 3020. But she said it
also happened at another computer with a different template and different
printers.

Any idea or suggestion are greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

According to Office MVP Bob Buckland, this problem could be
caused by Word temporarily losing track of the printer driver.
You can usually fix the problem by clicking on File->Print,
change printers, change back, then Close.
