Everything I E-Mail underlines and I can't figure out how to stop this
behavior.

We can't figure out what you are talking about? The email address? The body of the email? What version of Outlook are you using and are you using Word as the editor?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

Everything in the body of my E-Mails ends up underlined even if I delete the
underline before sending it.

Outlook 2003

Only editing within Outlook.

Check your font settings in Outlook under Tools->Options->Mail Format->Fonts. Ensure you don't have any fonts set to use underlining.

I'm having the same problem. The settings are set to "not" underline,
but when the email is typed, the font is underlined. Even when all the
text is highlighted and the underlined sections are removed, when the
end user receives the email, it's still underlined.
