Outlook 7.0 stops/restarts after Reminder alert appears!

Help...each time a reminder alert appears, outlook 7.0 stops working and
closes down and then restarts. Very frustating help! how do I fix? what's
caused issue. Starting in mid Sept or so.

Outlook 7? Do you mean 2007? If yes, have you tried running scanpst.exe
against your .pst file?
