Let me Know how I can set up outlook to serve as an on-line in fort Board fn
staff on my network.

If you can't I can you recommend a product that does?

I have a great electronic in/out board program called EIOBoard that syncs with Outlook and can be setup within Outlook as one of your folders to view the status of other users within your company or organization. Check it out at http://www.eioboard.com
