Outlook 2000

First off, let me apologize for the lack of information in this post. I
have not yet seen the problem machine, or the error message, in person. I
will be traveling to another city on 11/16/05, and this is one of the
problems that I will be working on. I just want to try to get a few ideas
so that I can hit the ground running.

All I know about the problem at this point is that when the user attempts to
open Outlook, an error message appears which indicates that Outlook has
performed an illegal operation and will be closed. One of the other LAN
managers tried removing and reinstalling Office 2000, but that did not fix
the problem.

With this as the only information I have been able to gather regarding the
problem, I suspect that no one will be able to offer me much in the way of
advice at this point. Nonetheless, can anyone suggest some possible
solutions?

Have them check the Event Viewer for a more detailed error description.
